4) Choose an available date and time and click continue. (If your date isn't available click on "Submit a Request.")
5) Fill out your information
6) Click "Submit Inquiry"
Await an email that will take you to your next step.
1) Look for an email with a link to complete your booking.
2) Click on "Continue"
3) Fill in the questionnaire information
4) Click on "Continue"
1) Once you complete the questionnaire it will take you to the contract page.
2) After reading through the contract, digitally sign at the bottom.
3) Click "Accept and Sign"
4) Click "Submit and Book Session"
