What is Birth Photography?
Birth photography captures the raw, emotional, and powerful moments of your birth journey—everything from labor and delivery to the first moments of bonding with your baby.
Why hire a Birth Photographer?

Will my photos be graphic?
Your comfort is my priority. You can choose the level of detail captured, from artistic and discreet images to more intimate, raw moments.
What happen if you miss the birth?
I remain on call 24/7 around your due date. In rare cases where I miss the birth, I can capture fresh 48-hour photos with partial refund.
How do you handle being on call?
I’m on call 24/7 starting two weeks before your due date until the baby arrives. I also have a working relationship with a fellow birth photographer, Taylor Turnovec, whom can also attend in my place.
Will my photos be shared publicly?
Your gallery will remain private and password protected.
I only share images with your explicit permission. You have full control over what is shared, if anything at all.
What if I have to have a C-section or an unexpected complication?
I am comfortable photographing both natural and surgical births. If hospital policies or emergencies prevent photography, we can arrange a Fresh 48 session instead with a partial refund.
How many photos will I receive, and when?
You’ll receive all edited photos. Exact numbers will vary for every client. At minimum you can expect no less than 50 high quality photos.
Sneak peeks will be returned within 24 hours.
How do you respect privacy during such an intimate moment?
I use a documentary style—quiet and unobtrusive—to capture authentic moments without interrupting your birth experience.
Your gallery will remain private and password protected. Photos will not be shared unless you have given permission and approval.
